Immerse yourself in the comfort of our expansive Standard King Rooms, located upstairs on the first floor.   Featuring a plush king-sized bed, flat screen TV, private ensuite bathroom, front sitting room and small balcony, these rooms offer a haven of relaxation.  The fully equipped, functional kitchenette offers convenience and glimpses of Esperance township or bay.   

STANDARD QUEEN ROOM

Our spacious motel-style studio rooms offer a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, featuring a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom.  The fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave provides functionality for a relaxing short stay. Your front patio provides a space to relax in the fresh air.

DELUXE APARTMENT

Experience comfort and luxury in our spacious two-bedroom Deluxe Family Apartments. These apartments are ideal for families or corporate groups, featuring a king bed in the main bedroom, with a queen and single bed in the second bedroom. Enjoy the modern well-equipped kitchen including an electric stovetop, microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer, Smart TV, relaxing bath and outdoor area.  The apartments also offer generous living and dining spaces, ensuring ample room for relaxation and memorable moments.   

STANDARD FAMILY ROOM

Perfect for guests travelling as a family or group, our Standard Family Rooms offer two generously sized connecting rooms and private ensuite bathroom packed with amenities to provide a comfortable stay.  The main room consists of a comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette.  The second room contains a queen bed, wardrobe and armchair with access to the front verandah. 

The bathroom is accessible from the second room through the main room so suitable for families and friends.

SUPERIOR KING APARTMENT - Adult Guest Accommodation Only

Enjoy our modern, stylishly appointed self-contained apartments featuring a fully equipped kitchen including oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine for your convenience. Each apartment offers a spacious a king sized bed in the bedroom, bathroom, private garage and patio, making them ideal for longer stays and corporate travelers. 

These apartments are for adult guests only, a child and infant free area, and perfect for our corporate travelers, shift workers and traveling couples or singles wishing to stay in a quiet and peaceful environment away from the main motel and family units. 

Located at 156 Dempster Street, a mere 350m from our main office, our guests have easy access to all that Esperance has to offer.  For a smooth check-in experience, please visit our Reception Office at 1A William Street between the hours of 1pm - 6pm, as late check in is not an option for this site unless organised with management prior to arrival, before commencing your remarkable stay in Esperance with Clearwater Motel's Superior King Apartments.
